- Outdated terms. Rental companies change deposits, fuel policies and age rules. If you see a difference, tell us the page and what you saw.
- Rules that changed. Tolls, licence rules and airport desks change too. We’d like to know.
- Corrections. If something on the site is wrong, we’ll fix it and update the date.
- Partnerships. Rental companies and brokers can write to us, but commercial relationships never affect our recommendations.
We don’t rent cars ourselves, so we can’t help with an existing booking or a dispute. For that, contact the company you booked with, or the European Consumer Centre in your country.
